Google Admob was undoubtedly the best mobile ad network for the past few years. But now Google Admob no longer accepts mobile websites. Admob is now just an advertising platform for apps. Its a good news for App developers but for a large number of wapmasters it was a nightmare. It’s time for wapmasters to find a alternative ad network to monetize their traffic.
1. Google Adsense
Google Adsense was the first choice for the alternative. Admob itself have mailed its publishers to get their accounts in Adsense. Google Adsense is of course having a good CPC but getting an account in adsense is not so easy. Most mobile websites submitted won’t get approved for adsense as they follows the rules very strictly. Anyhow if you are lucky to get an account then its the best choice.
2. Adiquity
Adiquity network is my second recommendation as an alternative for Google Admob. Its minimum payout is $20. For indian publishers they pay via bank and requires a verified PAN card for recieving payment while for others they provide paypal payout. Adiquity is supported by many wapbuilder sites like xtgem, wapka.. etc. Moreover their customer support is also very responsive.
3. Inmobi
Inmobi is another well known mobile ad network. It also requires the PAN card and only allows bank transfer for Indian publishers. It supports paypal withdrawal for the international users. Its minimum payout is also $20 and supported by most wap builders like xtgem, wapka etc.
4. Smatoo
Smatoo ad network is really good. I have only recently used started using it and the earnings are good. They asks the publishers to provide a complete info about their mobile sites and even requests for uploading a site screenshot. This is not a mandatory but of course it determines how much our mobilesite profile is completed. The best part of Smatoo is that they are not imposing a minimum payout. I have received payment from less than $4 so I believe there is no minimum payout limit for them. Also they pays you via paypal.
5.Buzzcity
Buzzcity is still out there and are best suited for a very high traffic sites. Their minimum payout is $200 and pays via PayPal.
There are also many other ad networks like MobGold, Adfonic, Decktrade, Mojiva and so on. I have listed only the best suited for Indian wapmasters and which are tested by me. Add your comments and feedback also remind me if I have missed any adnetwork .

is inMobi really that effective according to you ????
Yeah.. I had a good experience with them so far. But ofcourse, I have also heard some wapmasters say its CPC are too low. But I think it depends upon your visitors countries.
Anyhow my first choice would be adiquity itself, as they are doing pretty well now.
